The Ota Residence, located in Fazenda da Grama, reveals itself in a single-story, longitudinal, and spacious floor plan, adapted to the gently sloping terrain. Despite the vastness of the land, the house sits in an articulated manner amidst landscaping, creating a sense of privacy for the social areas facing the condominium street. Visitors are guided along a path leading to the main entrance, framed by water mirrors and passages that integrate with the surrounding volume, featuring glass and wooden slats. Upon entering the residence, the expansive interior seamlessly connects with the exterior, featuring a deck and pool, along with an adjacent gathering area that adapts to the surrounding topography, softening the incline.
