Located in the countryside of São Paulo, the design of the Marubá residence addresses the challenge posed by steep topography. To overcome natural unevenness, the residence was strategically positioned at the highest point of the terrain, also ensuring prominence to its volumetry. In addition to conventional areas, an exclusive space to house motorcycles was requested, resulting in a hybrid structure blending reinforced concrete and metallic elements. The facade is characterized by an uncovered courtyard that plays a crucial role in connecting the different volumes of the house.
