Developed in a mixed structure, the LEMA residence was strategically positioned to take advantage of the topography, aiming to prioritize the allocation of all programs on the same level. The house sits on a higher elevation and on a single floor, accentuating the architecture and fostering a more integrated space for the development of the environments. Following the natural contours of the land, the staircase leading to the residence delicately rests within the landscaping, outlining a path that connects the observer to the entrance of the residence – marked by a water mirror clad in natural stone.
