Estates House

Placed in the countryside of São Paulo, Estates House was designed on a spacious plot of land. Its volumetry, despite being grandiose, subtly dissolves into the topography, creating visual integration through a green roof that constitutes part of the residence. Sophisticated landscaping delicately frames the project, which is characterized by its materiality in wooden tones, concrete, and stones, unfolding across two levels, even though its visual aspect emphasizes horizontal lines. The cross-shaped floor plan sectors the program, concentrating the living areas in the longitudinal blade and distributing the intimate spaces at the ends of the transversal one, taking advantage of the slightly rugged topography on the sides to place the private programs at the lower part of the volume.
