Strategically placed on a corner in the city of Campinas, the Beaumont is an icon among corporate buildings, standing out for its elegance and sophistication. This imposing building rises up 14 floors, with four of them reserved for strategic parking, including a basement, as well as the ground floor and two mezzanine levels. The remaining 10 floors house offices within a glass volume that blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, almost dissolving into the urban scenery. The building's base is notable, marked by perforated panels and wooden slats, providing identity and contrast to the lightness of the volumetrics above. The tower itself has its levels distinguished by eaves that extend beyond the glass planes, creating a visual dynamic by interspersing these elements. Upon entering the Beaumont, visitors are welcomed by an elegant lobby that leads to access to the tower. On the ground floor, a café complements this experience, offering a multifunctional environment that serves as a refuge for a break in routine or as a conducive space for business, being a sophisticated extension of the building's corporate proposition. The Beaumont is not just an office building, but an expression of architectural excellence and integrated functionality, tied to contemporary and exclusive visuality.
